My Reviews – Fiction Books

Because I am a gym rat and inhale audiobooks as well as love to read, I started to keep notes about what I was reading or listening to. After a few years, I decided to share those reviews on my website. I hope that they are helpful. I will say this—I am a tough grader. Many books of merit get very few stars from me if I don’t  like the writing or think the plot is dumb. You’ll see that I focus on thrillers or mysteries and love strong, funny protagonists.

Here’s how I break down my star system:

***** Five Stars: Must Read

**** Four Stars: Recommended

*** Three Stars: Some Merit

** Two Stars: Not Awful

* One Star: Flawed
